If you filled out brackets for the NCAA Tournament, how did you do? If you're like most, your brackets were busted after the first round. Even experts in college basketball who watched all the teams multiple times throughout the year could not predict anywhere near all the games correctly. The unpredictable nature of the tournament, and watching underdogs pull off unlikely victories lends to the popularity of the tournament. We want a certain level of uncertainty in that venue. But in other aspects of life we want certainty. Some of the worst parts of life come from things going a different way than we expected. As we continue to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, we study tomorrow how the living hope that His resurrection gives us is a sure thing.
